Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Managing a team of subordindate; Treasury, AR and AP.

Assisting in preparation of quarterly and annual business plans, development and implementation of new procedures and features in the department’s operation.

Responsible in handling monthly and yearly closing of accounts, cash flow summaries and projections of project financing.

REQUIREMENTS :

Degree in Professional Finance/Accounting, ACCA or Tax qualification.

A certified member of MIA.

Minimum 8 years of accounting/tax experience with operational background, preferably in property development, construction and property management.

A high level of proficiency in computerised accounting system.

Familiar with statutory requirements or regulations governing property development, construction and property management.

Self-motivated, a good team player and able to handle multi-tasking.
