Task / Activity Description 

Responsible for month-end-close of Accounts Receivables. Perform reconciliations for revenue by category between Pivotal and Oracle (AR & revenue). 

Prepare sales invoices for confirmed orders. 

Responsible for month-end-close of Accounts Receivables. Perform reconciliations for revenue by category between Pivotal and Oracle (AR & revenue). 

Coordinate with local support staff for issuance of sales invoices for confirmed orders 

Be an expert in revenue recognition 

Responsible for month-end-close of Intercompany Module. 

Perform GIS billing. Ensure proper supporting documentation. 

Identify COGS items for accrual from Pivotal. 

Accrual for agents commission 

Accruals, P&L charge and reports (including roll-forward reports) 

Prepares all relevant month end reports (AR Ageing report) for Corporate. 

Prepares ad-hoc reports as requested 

Monitor Prepayment schedule to ensure proper charge out to P&L 

Perform Cash Forecast for AR collection

· Review staff claims to ensure it is properly supported with receipts.

· Fixed Assets – responsible for month end close for Fixed Assets module, including updating additions/ disposal/ depreciation and coordinate with IT department for FA tagging. 

· Cash management – responsible for petty cash and preparing cash / bank status reports. Prepares bank reconciliations and to update Cash Management Module in Oracle. 

· Bi-weekly Cash Forecast Report – Perform Cash Forecast for payments
