Instructor (Full time)

Basic Function:

Active supportive role to our lead facilitator in our corporate teambuilding programmes to ensure the smooth delivery of our adventure-based experiential learning programmes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of logistical needs to ensure smooth running of each programme

• Oversee all on-site aspects of the programme including risk management

• Group supervision and management during the various programme challenge stations – It involves following participants around during their programme

• Photo and video taking during programme

• Prepare and maintain and process all administrative duties like certificate printing and uploading of programme pictures into our system

• Other ad-hoc duties related to the programme

Qualification

• A’ Levels/Diploma holder

• We are not too particular on this as long as you are willing and a fast learner

Requirements:

• Sporty and adventurous 20 years old and above

• Keen eye for details, well organized

• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Friendly and outgoing, effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Fast learner, independent and resourceful

• Able to supervise on safety and exercise good judgment at all times

• It would be advantageous if you are experienced in photo and video taking and editing and have knowledge on challenge ropes course

• Willingness to travel

• First Aid trained would be advantageous

Project Executive/Managers (Full time)

Basic Function:

Manage and expand existing clientele base through client management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management – From meeting up with potential clients to identify their needs, to the crafting the best fit programme, to relating necessary logistical needs to relevant co- workers prior to commencement of programme

• Client Relationship Management – In creating new clients and nurturing relationships

• Maintain proper filing of all account information in the CRM

• Budget Maximization – Effective use of finite resources

• Management – Influence and optimize co workers to cohesively meet targets.

• Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline.

Experience

• Dealt with Hospitality industries

• At least 3 – 4 years of project/events management exposure (for managerial position)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Skills/ Knowledge

• Good clients’ relation management ability

• Ability to think out of the box

• Consistency and quality work output. Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic Function:

Design and delivery of quality corporate learning programs in accordance to the clients’ specific learning needs. Relating experiences and education to induce positive learning like Teamwork, Leadership, Communication etc

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and delivery of corporate learning programmes with clients’ safety and learning needs as priority

• Coordinate all logistical needs to ensure smooth running of each programmes

• Management Consultancy – Meeting with potential prospect clients to identify their learning needs

• Client Relationship Management

• Other ad-hoc projects related to training and development

Qualifications:

• Degree in any discipline. Preferably in Training, Organizational Design, Organizational Development or Organizational Psychology.

Experience:

• Experience in HRD or corporate learning field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
