JOB DESCRIPTION

Position 1 : 

Grade A Servers – General Floor Servers ( 25 Headcounts) 

•With at least 3 months of experience in indoor/outdoor function. 

•To take orders and serves food and beverage to guest accordingly. 

•To handle guest enquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner. 

•Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times. 

•To be assigned to VIP tables. 

•To facilitate and accomplish tasks as assigned during event. 

•Pleasant personality, friendly & approachable. 

•Must be fluent in English and Malay 

Position 3 : 

Kitchen Helper ( 6 Headcounts) 

•With at least 3 months of experience in indoor/outdoor function. 

•To assist in preparation of food and beverages. 

•Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times. 

Salary: 

RM80/project. 

Event Details as below: 

Date : 31st January 2012 (Tuesday) 

Time : 10.00am-8.00pm 

Function starts at 2.30pm.Briefing & job distribution starts at 10.00am 

Location : Menara Kencana Petroleum,Solaris Dutamas 

Attire : 

Kitchen Helper : Chef Uniform 

VIP Floor : White Long sleeve Shift with west/jacket & Black Pant or Skirt (Knee length) 

General Floor Servers : White Long Sleeve shirt & Black Pant or Skirt (knee length) 

Shoes : Black shoes 

Hair : Short : tidy comb 

: Long : tidy tied up
